The above contracted rates are valid for individuals bookings only and not valid for group bookings of 10 rooms & above.
Minimum Length of Stay:
- Not applicable, except for arrivals between 28-Dec-25 03-Jan-26 (included), a minimum stay of 4(four) consecutive nights , 26-Jan-26 30-Jan-26, 09-Feb-26 12-Feb-26, 19-Mar-26 21-Mar-26 and 26-May-26 29-May-26 a minimum stay of 3 (three) consecutive nights is applicable for stays at Al Bandar Rotana.

Check-in / Check-out Policy
- Please note that our check-in time is 14:00 & check-out time is at 12:00 Noon. Early check-in from 9:00 AM onwards can be provided, however, subject to availability.
- Check-in time earlier than 9:00 AM shall be booked from the previous day. Check-out until 6:00 PM shall be subject to 50% of the total room rate. Check-out after 6:00 PM shall be subject to a one night room rate.
- For early check in or late checkout that is paid by the hotel guest and not covered by the Tour Operator’s voucher, ''the Best Available Rate'' of the day will be applicable and paid directly by the guest securing rate confidentiality.
Bed Type (King or Twin) and preference of smoking or non-smoking is subject to availability.
No check out allowed on 31st December.
- Early departures: Once check-in formalities have been completed, guests will be charged accommodation for the full duration of the reserved stay.

Children below 11.99 years, sharing their parent’s room stay free of charge and on the same meal plan and existing bedding configuration. i.e. 1 adult & up to 2 infants = 1 single room & 2 adults up to 2 infants = 1 double room.
A maximum of up to 2 children can stay for free on the adults meal plan with one extra bed unless others is specified in hotel's specific conditions.
Please refer to the respective hotel contract to identify the maximum number of children that can share parent's room free of charge on existing bedding and supplement extra bedding charges.
