TERMS & CONDITIONS

The rates are quoted in AED the local currency of the United Arab Emirates and inclusive of municipality fee, service charge and 5% VAT.

New Year 2025: Minimum Length of stay of 4 nights from the 29th of December 2025 to the 01 January 2026. No departures will be allowed on the 31 December 2025 and 01 of January 2026, and no arrivals will be allowed on the 31 December 2025.

RESERVATIONS: For reservations, you must email requests to bookinie.accd @ alofthotels.com daily on the day of sale of the reservation.

INCIDENTAL AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

Children Policy: No charge for children under 12 when occupying the same room as adult(s) and using existing beds in rooms.
a. Maximum 3 adults per room (extra bedding can be accommodated in King type room bedding]
b. Extra Adult Person Charge: Rates are for single/double occupancy only.

Mandatory Charges:
Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 15 per room per day.
Parking: Hotel offers valet parking free of charge.
Porterage: Hotel will provide Porterage service free of charge.
Meal Coupon Policy: Guests have the option of prepaying Half Board and Full Board served in Hotel restaurants.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME: The check-in time is 15:00 pm and the check-out time is 12:00 pm. All guests arriving before
15:00 pm will be accommodated as rooms become available. Baggage may be checked-in for those arriving early if rooms are unavailable.
To guarantee early check In the room must be booked and paid from the night prior to arrival.
