TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR 2025

• Valid for All Market Except UAE Residence.
• Rates are per room per night, inclusive of buffet breakfast.
• Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 15 per bedroom per night, payable at the Hotel by the guest upon check - out.
• Parking: Hotel offers complimentary Self- parking.
• Porterage :Hotel will provide Porterage Service at no additional cost.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT TIME:

Check-in time is 15:00, check-out time is 12:00. All guests arriving before 15:00 will be accommodated as rooms become available. Baggage may be checked-in for those arriving early if rooms are unavailable.

EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY:

Regardless of early departure of a particular reservation, all originally booked room nights (whether or not consumed) of such reservation and applicable taxes will be billed to you.

CHILD/INFANT POLICY

• One child up to 13.99 years - meal supplement is free of charge.
• Child from 12 years and below will not allowed in NY Festive Dinner ("Luchador"- Mexican Restaurant & "II Tavolino"- Italian Restaurant).
• Child from 6-13.99 years old extra bed is chargeable.

During the Ramadan Period :

* Breakfast/Suhour will be delivered in the room for the fasting guests. Normal Breakfast timings will apply for the non - fasting guests.

* Dinner/ Iftar will be served in East & Sea Board after Maghrib Prayer.

* Guests cannot exchange Breakfast for Iftar, Breakfast can be only exchanged for Suhour.

ROOM OCCUPANCY AND BEDDINGS POLICY

• Maximum Room Occupancy:3 adults, or 2 adults + 1 child up to 13.99 years old
• Third adult will be accommodated on a rollaway bed at additional charges per night, inclusive of buffet breakfast, with a maximum of 3 adults per room.
• For children 6-13.99 years old the extra bed at additional charges per night, with a maximum of one extra bed per room.
• Extra beds may be only placed in the rooms with KING beds.
