Validity -01/11/2025 to 31/10/2027

• The above contracted rates are valid for FIT/individuals bookings only and not valid for group bookings of 10 rooms & above.
• These rates are per room per night quoted based on the meal plan specified and inclusive of VAT, service charge, tourism fees & municipality fees, excluding tourism dirham fees for Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Al Ain properties.
• Should U.A.E. government introduce or amend any existing or new taxes / fees during this agreement validity, the same will be added to the above rates from the date the decree stipulates so.
• Rotana Hotels & Resorts will obey any rules and regulations imposed by the UAE Government and / or the Emirate in regards to COVID-19 measures. Therefore, any necessary changes to the hotel operation and its facilities will not be the responsibility of the hotel.

Restaurant: 

• Horizon - All Day Dining Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be availed at the all-day-dining Restaurant.
• Rosso Italian Restaurant - Lunch and Dinner
• Benihana Japanese American -Dinner
• JB's Gastro Pub - Lunch and Dinner
• Fumo Shisha Lounge - Dinner - only from (October - May)
• Sundeck Pool Bar - Lunch 

For Half Board Dine Around and All Inclusive Dine Around, special menu is availed in the listed restaurants with 24 hours booking in advance. However, on 31st of December 2026 only lunch will be offered for Half Board Dine Around bookings.

Child Policy 

• An infant is defined as 0 – 1.99 years old, a child is defined as 2 – 11.99 years old.
• Children below 11.99 years, sharing their parent’s room stay free of charge and on the same meal plan and existing bedding configuration. i.e. 1 adult & up to 2 infants = 1 single room & 2 adults up to 2 infants = 1 double room.
• A maximum of up to 2 children can stay for free on the adults meal plan with one extra bed unless others is specified in hotel's specific conditions.
• Baby cot will be provided on complimentary basis and subject to availability.

Meals ordered a la carte will be charged at the published rates.

Check -in /Check- Out Policy 

• Please note that our check-in time is 14:00 & check-out time is at 12:00 Noon. Early check-in from 9:00 AM onwards can be provided, however, subject to availability.
• Check-in time earlier than 9:00 AM shall be booked from the previous day. Check-out until 6:00 PM shall be subject to 50% of the total room rate. Check-out after 6:00 PM shall be subject to a one night room rate.
• For early check in or late checkout that is paid by the hotel guest and not covered by the Tour Operator’s voucher, ''the Best Available Rate'' of the day will be applicable and paid directly by the guest securing rate confidentiality.
• Bed Type (King or Twin) and preference of smoking or non-smoking is subject to availability.
• No check out allowed on 31st December.
