Rates outlined in this contract are in UAE Dirhams (AED), room only or breakfast inclusive, 10% Service Charge, 7% Municipality Fee, 5% VAT, and, however, excluding AED 20.00 Tourism Dirham, which is charged per bedroom per night and billed to guests directly upon check-out. Rates are non commissionable.

Room Description:

ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION | ANANTARA DOWNTOWN DUBAI HOTEL
All the rooms and suites are equipped with LED television with international channels, complimentary high speed internet all over the hotel, wireless telephone, Nespresso machine and tea and coffee making facilities, spacious bathroom with bathtub as well as walk-in shower, walk-in wardrobe and personal electronic safe, floor to ceiling windows, offering 24-hour butler services – we thought about the smallest details to make the stay of our guest truly enjoyable and memorable.

Premier City View with stunning views of iconic Dubai skyline feature large king size beds (90 rooms) and twin beds (24 rooms). 19 interconnecting sets (1 Premier City View King and 1 Premier City View Twin) are available. 
Two handicapped rooms are available.

Premier Pool View with the view of the hotel’s swimming pool and the courtyard feature large king size beds (77 rooms) and twin beds (4 rooms). 

Deluxe Burj View overlooking the landmark of Dubai Burj Khalifa feature large
king size beds (27 rooms) and twin beds (2 rooms).

Burj Khalifa View Suite (19 suites) features a large king size bed and the terrace with direct Burj Khalifa view.

Children Policy:

• Children are considered from 0 to 11.99 years old
• 
  Children 0– 5.99 years old sharing with parents in existing bedding: no charge for accommodation or breakfast; all meals free of charge except room service and mini bar. Baby cot free of charge, subject to availability.
• 
  Children 6-11.99 years old - sharing with parents in existing bedding: no charge for accommodation however all meals including breakfast at 50% discount except room service and mini bar. 
• 
  Children 12 years old and above – considered adult.
• Rollaway Bed Policy:
• 
  Rollaway bed is inclusive of buffet breakfast, tax, service charge and fees.
• 
  Maximum of One Rollaway Bed can be placed in all room types.
• 
  Baby cots are free of charge, subject to availability. One permitted per room and two cots for the suite.

Check-in/Check-out Time:

• Check-in time is from 3:00 pm. Rooms requiring check-in prior to 3:00 pm will require pre-registration to guarantee check-in. Pre-registration on rooms will be charged at 100% of the daily contracted room rate and should be requested at the time of reservation.
• Check-out: is 12:00 pm. Late departures up to 6:00 pm are available, subject to availability, at 50% of the daily contracted room rate post 6:00 pm, the full day rate will be applicable.
• Early departures: Once check-in formalities have been completed; guests will be charged for the full duration of the reserved stay.
• No Checkout on 31st December. 
• All New Year Bookings are Non Refundable. 

Food & Beverages

Rates in this contract are inclusive of breakfast. The hotel reserves the right to change the meal set-up from buffet to a la carte or set menu for breakfast/lunch/dinner with no prior notice.

Breakfast and lunch will be served at all day dining Restaurant Nine to One with the option of dinner or lunch in the same venue.

New Year Gala Dinner is not compulsory.

Half Board restricted for lunch omly on 31st December 2024.
