  • The Dinner seating will be assigned on a first come first serve basis.

• An additional Tourism Dirham fee of AED 20 per bedroom per night will be charged to the guest upon check-in and is subject to change by local authorities.

•  A deposit of extras of specified amount room per night will be charged to the guest upon check-in, for incidentals. The deposit is refundable upon check-out, if extras are not consumed.

• Minimum Length of Stay:

• No check-out is allowed on 31 December 2025 or 01st January 2026
• All rates are subject to a minimum length of stay of three nights during all seasons except peak season which is applicable to a five-
night minimum length of stay

• Check-in / Check-out Time:

• Check-in time is from 15:00 hours for the resort. Rooms requiring check-in prior to 15:00 will require a pre-booking to guarantee early check-in.
Pre-booking of rooms will be charged at 100% of the daily contracted room rate and should be requested at time of reservation.
• Check-out time is 12:00 hours for the resort. Late departures up to 18:00 hours are subject to availability, at 50% of the daily contracted room rate.
For any check outs after 18:00 hours, the regular published rate will be applicable subject to availability.
• Early departures: Once check-in formalities have been completed; guests will be charged accommodation for the full duration of the reserved stay

» CHILDREN POLICY:

• • Children 0-4.99 years old – sharing with parents in existing bedding: no charge for accommodation or meals, except room service and mini-bar.
  Baby cot is provided free of charge, subject to availability.

• Minimum Length of Stay:

• No check-out is allowed on 31 December 2025 or 01st January 2026
• All rates are subject to a minimum length of stay of three nights during all seasons except peak season which is applicable to a five-
night minimum length of stay

• Check-in / Check-out Time:

• Check-in time is from 15:00 hours for the resort. Rooms requiring check-in prior to 15:00 will require a pre-booking to guarantee early check-in.
Pre-booking of rooms will be charged at 100% of the daily contracted room rate and should be requested at time of reservation.
• Check-out time is 12:00 hours for the resort. Late departures up to 18:00 hours are subject to availability, at 50% of the daily contracted room rate.
For any check outs after 18:00 hours, the regular published rate will be applicable subject to availability.
• Early departures: Once check-in formalities have been completed; guests will be charged accommodation for the full duration of the reserved stay

» CHILDREN POLICY:

• • Children 0-4.99 years old – sharing with parents in existing bedding: no charge for accommodation or meals, except room service and mini-bar.
  Baby cot is provided free of charge, subject to availability.

  Children 5-11.99 years old – sharing with parents the existing bed, or in an extra bed or in the built-in day sofa: no charge for accommodation
  or breakfast; all the other meals at 50% discount except room service and mini-bar (please refer to Free Half Board promotion for additional
  details).
  • Children 12 years old and above are considered adults and will be required to pay the extra bed charge of AED 400 on a bed and breakfast per
  night

•  Premier Rooms –

located on the first floor of our main building with a balcony and a direct view of the lagoon or Garden; the rooms are equipped
with a King size bed or two single beds. Interconnecting rooms are subject to availability.

• Premier Garden Terrace Room –

located on the ground floor with a private garden terrace and a direct view of the lagoon or Garden area. The
rooms are equipped with a King size bed or two single beds. Interconnecting rooms are subject to availability.

• Deluxe Rooms –

located in our Riad Buildings, located on the first floor with a balcony and direct views of the lagoon, swimming pool or Garden;
these rooms are equipped with a King size bed.
• Deluxe Garden Terrace Rooms –

located on the ground floor in our Riad Buildings with a private garden terrace and direct views of the lagoon,
swimming pool or Gardens; these rooms are equipped with a King size bed.

• Deluxe Pool Front Room –

located on the ground floor in our Riad Buildings with a private terrace and situated directly in front of our swimming
pool. These rooms are equipped with a King size bed or two single beds. Interconnecting rooms are subject to availability.

• Deluxe Beach Front Room –

located on the ground floor in our Riad Buildings with a private terrace and situated directly on the beach with
seaviews. These rooms are equipped with a King size bed or two single beds.

Suites:

• Deluxe Suite –

these one bedroom suites are located on the first floor of our main building or in the Riads with a balcony and a direct view of
the lagoon, swimming pool or Garden; the rooms are equipped with a living area and the bedroom has a King size bed. Interconnecting rooms
are subject to availability.

• Deluxe Garden Terrace Suite –

these one-bedroom suites located on the ground floor with a private garden terrace and a direct view of the
lagoon, swimming pool or Garden. The rooms are equipped with a living area and the bedroom has a King size bed. Interconnecting rooms are
subject to availability.

•Peninsula Sea View Pool Villa-

Our one-bedroom villas are situated on a peninsula with full seaviews and private terrace with swimming pool.
These one-bedroom villa feature a living area, dining area and all bedrooms are equipped with a walk-in wardrobe and King Size Bed

•Over Water Pool Villa-

Our over water pool villas are situated over our lagoon and have views of the lagoon and/or seaviews. All Over water pool
villas feature a private terrace with swimming pool. These one-bedroom villa feature a living area, dining area and all bedrooms are equipped with
a walk-in wardrobe and King Size Bed
