• The Lunch & Dinner are applicable for both RO & BB rates based on the booked mean plan.
• The buffet Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner are inclusive of water & one soft drink or one chilled juice per pax per day.

• HALFBOARD PLUS

Lunch or Dinner + 2 hours of unlimited soft drinks, chilled juices or house beverages per pax per day – On Selected Items.

» GENERAL POLICIES:

- Rates are not applicable to groups of 10 rooms or more.

- Any amendment to a booking such as: name change, change in the date of arrival, change in the date of departure; will be considered as a new booking and the rates and offers applicable at the time of receiving the amendment will be applied accordingly.

MINIMUM LENGTH OF STAY

• Not applicable, except for arrivals between 29th December 2023 – 2nd January 2024(included) and 28th December 2024 – 01st January 2024(included), a minimum stay of 5 (Five) consecutive nights is applicable for stays at Avani Ibn Battuta.

• No check-out is allowed on 31st December 2023/2024.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIME

• Check-in time is from 14:00 hours. Rooms requiring check-in prior to 14:00 will require a pre-booking to guarantee early check-in. Pre-booking of rooms will be charged at 100% of the daily contracted room rate and should be requested at time of reservation.

• Check-out time is 12:00 hours. Late departures up to 18:00 hours are subject to availability, at 50% of the daily contracted room rate. For any check outs after 18:00 hours, the regular published rate will be applicable subject to availability.

• Early departures: Once check-in formalities have been completed; guests will be charged accommodation for the full duration of the reserved stay.

NEW YEAR GALA DINNER 2023 (COMPULSORY):

• Venue: PELE

• A supplement fee for per Adult inclusive of Food, soft drinks and house beverages

• A supplement fee for per Child (Age 6 – 11.99 years) inclusive of Food and soft drinks.

• Free for child below 5.99 yrs.

Terms and Conditions:

• The New Year’s Eve Dinner is compulsory for all guests staying at Avani Ibn Battuta Hotel Dubai on 31st December 2023/2024.

• Half Board bookings on 31st December 2023/2024 can be valid for Lunch only. The FB bookings are not applicable on 31st December 2023/2024

• The Compulsory New Year’s Eve Dinner is to be reserved at the time of making room reservations. Ages of the children at the time of the actual

stay to be provided when the reservation is made.

• The Dinner seating will be assigned on a first come first serve basis.

• The hotel reserves the right to change or amend the New Year’s Eve program without prior notice.

• The Government of the UAE reserves the right to withdraw entertainment without prior notice.

• In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, the above schedules/programs will be subject to change.

» CHILD POLICY

• Child Policy: Children are considered from 0 to 11.99 years old.

• Children 0-5.99 yrs. – sharing with parents in existing bedding: No charge for accommodation or meals, except room service and mini bar. Baby cot is provided free of charge, subject to availability.

• Children 6-11.99 yrs. –an extra charge for extra bed and meal supplement applies.

• Children 12 years old and above are considered adults.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY

• Superior Room: Max. 2 adults and 1 child up to 5.99 yrs. on existing bedding.

• Superior Room with Pool View: Max. 2 adults and 2 kids (1 child up to 5.99 yrs. on existing bedding and 1 child up to 11.99 yrs. on extra bed). Extra bed cost applicable. BB (upon request).

Executive Room: Max. 2 adults and 1 child up to 5.99 yrs. on existing bedding.

• Avani Suite: Max 2 adults and 1 child (up to 5.99 yrs.) on existing bedding. 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults with an Extra bed cost applicable.

• Family Room: Max 2 adults and 2 children (child up to 11.99 yrs.)

• Avani Family Suite: Max 2 adults and 2 children (up to 11.99 Yrs.). Extra bed cost applicable BB for an additional child (6 – 11.99 yrs.) OR an additional adult.

EXTRA BED POLICY

Rooms & Suites:

• No Extra Bed can be placed in Avani Superior Room or Avani Family Room.

• A maximum of one extra bed can be placed in Avani Superior Room with Pool View, Avani Suite & Avani Family Suite at an additional charge of net BB per night.
