Rates are subject to AED 20 Tourism Dirham Fee per bedroom per night.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIME
Check-in time is from 15:00 hours. Apartments requiring check-in prior to 15:00 hours will require a pre-booking to guarantee early check-in. Pre-booking of apartments will be charged at 100% of the daily contracted apartment rate and should be requested at time of reservation.
Check-out time is 12:00 hours. Late departures up to 18:00 hours are subject to availability, at 50% of the daily contracted apartment rate. For any check outs after 18:00 hours, the regular published rate will be applicable subject to availability.

Once check-in formalities have been completed; guests will be charged accommodation for the full duration of the reserved stay.

» CHILDREN POLICY:
Children are considered from 0 to 11.99 years old.
Children 0 - 5.99 years old – sharing with parents in existing bedding: no charge for accommodation or meals, except room service. Baby cot is provided free of charge, subject to availability.
Children 6 - 11.99 years old – Extra child supplement is chargeble per night for child. The supplement includes breakfast and extra bed, where possible

New Year’s Gala Dinner on 31st December 2025, is optional if the client wish to have the gala Dinner charges will apply.
