VALID FROM 01/11/2024 TILL 31/10/2025.

Meal supplements and policy:
•Compulsory New Year Eve Dinner (31st Dec 2024): (includes festive buffet dinner & unlimited house beverages for all hotels except Citymax Sharjah where house soft beverages will be served).
•All Half Board reservations on the 31st of Dec 2024 are applicable for lunch only.
•Contracted Half Board option is applicable for dinner only and based on set menu / buffet.
•The rates quoted include breakfast daily in the City Café Restaurant.
•Adult meal Supplement is applicable per person per day..
Child Meal Supplement:
•0 – 4.99 years - Free of charge dining with parents.
•5 – 11.99 years - 50% of adult rate
•12 years and above - adult rate is applicable.
Terms & Conditions
•Tourism Fee of AED 10 is applicable in Citymax Al Barsha
•The above Citymax RAK rates are not valid for UAE residents
Check In time/Check out time:
•Check-in time 1400 hrs / Check-out time 1200 hrs (noon).
•No check in / out is allowed on 31 December 2024.

» GENERAL POLICY: 

• The hotel reserves the right to send a stop sale with 24 hours prior notice.
• The above negotiated rates must be featured or sold to B2B and packaged only, with one or more additional services.
• The above Citymax RAK rates are not valid for UAE residents & Hotel reserves the right to charge the guest Best Available Rate upon check-in, in the event of non-compliance.
• A maximum of 02 people will be accommodated in a Standard room and children below 12 years sharing the same bed.
• Please note that if the child is unable to share the bed with the booked parents, Citymax Hotels will not be liable for any compensation.
• The above rates are valid for a maximum of 9 rooms/ night, 10 rooms and above are considered as a group and quoted separately under special groups contract and terms.
• No information or images are ta be featured on the client's website without the prior consent of Citymax Hotels.
