This hotel is quite a surprise for the price of the rooms. It is good value for money, in a fairly central location, about ten minutes by taxi to the Dubai Mall.

Buffet breakfast at the main restaurant (City Café Restaurant).
Half Board
Half Board option is applicable for dinner only and based on set menu / buffet.
T&C and Dining Options:
• Compulsory New Year Eve Dinner (31° Dec 2025): (includes festive buffet dinner & unlimited house beverages for all hotels except Citymax Sharjah where house soft beverages are served),
• On 31* of Dec 2025, all Half Board reservations are applicable for lunch only.

• A maximum of 02 people will be accommodated in a Standard room and children below 12 years sharing the same bed.
• Please note that if the child is unable to share the bed with the booked parents, Citymax Hotels will not be liable for any compensation.

• Child Meal Supplement: 0 —- 4.99 years - Free of charge dining with parents
5 — 11.99 years - 50% of adult rate
12 years and above - adult rate is applicable.
