T&C and Dining Options:

Half Board

• Half Board is dinner only and cannot be swapped to lunch
• Half Board will be served as buffet dinner in all-day dining restaurant (Great British Restaurant) or as 3 course set-menu in Khyber (Indian Restaurant, only dinner) only
• Half Board/Full Board is food only and does not include any beverages or water
• Full Board is set menu lunch in all-day dining restaurant (Great British Restaurant) and buffet dinner in all-day dining restaurant (Great British Restaurant) or as 3 course set-menu in Khyber (Indian Restaurant, only dinner) only
• Guests will not be refunded for any unconsumed meals. Lunch or Dinner cannot be swapped from arrival to departure or accumulated
• Half board/Half Board Plus/Full Board/Full Board Plus must be taken for the full duration of the stay and by all parties booked. Half board/Half Board Plus/Full Board/Full Board Plus cannot be booked for individual days only
• Additional Gala Dinner Supplement applicable on 31 December 2025 on all meal plans booked (as per above charges).

New Year Gala Special Dinner are subject to additional supplement.

KIDS CLUB

At Dukes The Palm Dubai Hotel, our little guests, and parents, are in for a treat! Making your holiday special for the whole family, Kids Club has a host of delightful activities for your little ones. Tailored to two age groups, Kids Club offers diligent and caring supervision by our in-house playmakers. For infants and babies up to the age of 4, parental/guardian supervision is required always, and in[1]house playmakers will look after children aged 5-12 without parental/guardian supervision.

Kids club is open from 10am - 6pm daily

Kids club is accessible for children from 0 years to 12 years of age
Kids under 4 years old must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or babysitter always
Activities, prices, timings are subject to change without prior notice

» GENERAL POLICY:

• Mandatory Tourism Fee is applicable on the above room rates AED20.00 per room per night and to be paid by the guest directly upon check-in

• A minimum stay of 2 nights is required.
• The above contracted rates are valid for FIT/individuals bookings only up to 9 rooms
• 10 rooms & above reservations will be considered as group booking and rates will be provided on request
• No checkout on 31 December 2025
• For Clients/Guests staying through 31 December 2025, compulsory Gala Dinner charges (as above) to be applied.
• Minimum length of stay of 5 nights for arrivals between 28 December 2025 to 02 January 2026.

• Children up to 11y.o stay free on Bed & Breakfast basis on existing bedding, as per maximum occupancy. Children go free promotion does not apply on meal plan supplements (Half Board/Half Board Plus, Full Board/Full Board Plus)
• Child 12y.o and above considered as adult (third adult supplement will apply) .

EXTRA BED/SOFA BED
• A Baby cot can be provided in all room types at no extra charges, baby cot remains subject to availability. Due to different configuration of the rooms in some cases baby cot can only be placed in living room of the unit (applies to rooms with consists of bedroom and living room).
• In case extra bed required for child in Superior Suite, One Bedroom Apartment, Premium One Bedroom Apartment, supplement will be applied
   • Third Adult Supplement in Premium Room, Deluxe Suite, Superior Suite, Executive Studio, Grand Studio, One Bedroom Apartment, Premium One Bedroom Apartment (accommodated on sofa bed) – supplement will be applied per adult per day
• Fourth Adult Supplement in Superior Suite, One Bedroom Apartment, Premium One Bedroom Apartment (accommodated on extra bed) – supplement will be applied per adult per day
