Breakfast is to be taken in the main restaurant, Hartisan. Executive floor bookings may enjoy the breakfast in the Executive lounge or in the main restaurant. During peak dates breakfast may be taken in any of the satellite restaurants. Room service breakfast will be charged at the published Room Service rates.

 Half Board supplement is available for Lunch/ Dinner only:

Half Board Dine Around Offer

Half Board can be redeemed in 8 Participating restaurants with an unparalleled choice of: 1. A buffet at the main restaurant (subject to operate on limited days) OR 2. Special three course set menu at select a-la-carte restaurants (subject to change) OR 3. credit on food (only) from regular menu at the a-la-carte restaurants

Plethora of dining options including our renowned restaurants: Trader Vic’s, McGettigan’s and Villa Verona - Half Board is available on Lunch or Dinner - Half Board menus will be provided at the venue and have a wide selection to choose from - Kids under 11.99 years eat for free at all the participating restaurants on special set menus on the same meal plan like the parents - Buffets are not guaranteed and the hotel reserves the right to serve and Set Menu at any time throughout the year

 Extra bed

Triple occupancy: It is the Company’s responsibility to inform the guest that the 3rd bed for an adult in the room is a roll-away bed or Sofa bed at the hotel discretion. - Bed type is upon request at time of reservation and subject to availability at time of arrival.

New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner:
• Compulsory New Year’s Eve Gala dinner on December 31st 2025 with selected beverages.

• Children between the age of 6-11.99 years (inclusive) child with selected beverages.

• For bookings on Half Board on New Year’s Eve, Guests should redeem their voucher on Lunch

The Hotel’s Child Policy applies with regards to accommodation and meals. - Children up to the age of 5.99 years (inclusive) are accommodated free on the same board basis as adults. - Children between 6 years and 11.99 years (inclusive) will be accommodated on existing bedding or on additional extra bed free of charge based on room occupancy provided within this contract. - One adult sharing a room with one or two children aged up to 11.99 years (inclusive) will pay the applicable double room rate with breakfast included.  Valid for bookings between 1st November 2025 – 31st October 2026 for Executive Room and Junior Suite room categories. 

Contracted rates are inclusive of: - Complimentary breakfast. Guests may enjoy the Continental breakfast in the Executive lounge or the buffet in the main restaurant Hartisan. - Complimentary Afternoon tea inclusive of soft drinks, tea, coffee and cakes. - Complimentary “Happy Hour” a two-hour happy hour offering complimentary alcoholic beverages with a selection of hot and cold assorted canapés. - Complimentary non-alcoholic beverages are available through the duration of your stay *subject to operation hours of the lounge.

The Executive lounge is open from 7:00am to 09:00pm (subject to change). 

The Executive lounge is Child Friendly excluding Happy Hour.

Dress code: Smart casual (no swimwear, shorts etc.)

 CHILD POLICY

The Hotel’s Child Policy applies with regards to accommodation and meals.

- Children up to the age of 5.99 years (inclusive) are accommodated free on the same board basis as adults.

- Children between 6 years and 11.99 years (inclusive) will be accommodated on existing bedding or on additional extra bed free of charge based on room occupancy provided within this contract.
